Our policies and payment terms
1. Payment Terms
An advance payment is required when placing an order. Production will commence only after the advance payment has been received and confirmed. The remaining outstanding balance must be settled in full before the customer begins taking delivery of the ordered items.
ትዕዛዝ በሚሰጥበት ጊዜ ቅድመ ክፍያ መፈጸም አለበት። ምርት የሚጀምረው ቅድመ ክፍያው ከተከፈለ እና ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ብቻ ነው። ደንበኛው ተሰርተው ያለቁ ምርቶችን ትክክለኛነት ካረጋገጠ በኋላ ግን ደግሞ መረከብና ማጓጓዝ ከመጀመሩ በፊት የቀረውን ሙሉ ሂሳብ መክፈል አለበት።
2. Refund and Cancellation
Once the advance payment has been made and production has started, the advance payment is non-refundable. If the advance payment is not fulfilled, production will not begin. The company reserves the right to refund the advance payment only if conditions beyond our control prevent the fulfillment of the order. This does not include inflation or price changes — we deliver at the agreed price regardless of market fluctuations.
ቅድመ ክፍያው ከተፈጸመ እና ምርት ከተጀመረ በኋላ ቅድመ ክፍያው ተመላሽ አይደረግም። ቅድመ ክፍያው ካልተፈጸመ ምርት አይጀምርም። ኩባንያው ከቁጥጥሩ ውጭ በሆኑ ተፈጥሯዊ እና ሰው ሰራሽ ሁኔታዎች ትዕዛዙን ማስረከብ ካልተቻለ ቅድመ ክፍያውን በመመለስ ውሉን የማቋረጥ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ይህ ሲሆን የዋጋ ንረት (Inflation) ወይም የዋጋ ለውጥን አያካትትም፤ የገበያ ሁኔታ ቢለዋወጥም መጀመርያ በተስማማንበት ዋጋ እናስረክባለን።
3. Order Modifications
Any modifications to an order after production has commenced may result in additional charges and could affect the delivery timeline. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
ምርት ከተጀመረ በኋላ በትዕዛዙ ላይ የሚደረግ ማንኛውም ለውጥ ተጨማሪ ክፍያ ሊያስከትል እንዲሁም የማስረከቢያ ጊዜን ሊያዘገይ ይችላል። ትዕዛዝዎን ከማዘዝዎ በፊት በጥንቃቄ እንዲመረምሩት እንጠይቃለን።
4. Delivery and Pickup
Customers are responsible for arranging transportation and pickup of their ordered items unless otherwise agreed upon. We may facilitate transportation using experienced drivers working with us to simplify the process and reduce customer hassle, however we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit after the items have been handed over to the customer or their designated carrier.
የተለየ ስምምነት ካልተደረገ በስተቀር፣ ደንበኛው የታዘዙትን ምርቶች በራሱ የትራንስፖርት አማራጭ የማጓጓዝና የመረከብ ኃላፊነት አለበት። ሂደቱን ለማቃለል እና ለደንበኛው ያለውን እንግልት ለመቀነስ ከእኛ ጋር የሚሰሩ ልምድ ያላቸውን አሽከርካሪዎችን በማስተባበር መጓጓዣን ልናመቻች እንችላለን። ሆኖም ምርቶቹ ለደንበኛው ወይም እሱ ለሾመው አጓጓዥ ከተረከቡ በኋላ በመጓጓዝ ወቅት ለሚደርስ ማንኛውም ጉዳት ኩባንያው ኃላፊነት አይወስድም።
5. Product Quality
All products are manufactured to industry standards. Natural variations in color, pattern, and texture are inherent characteristics of granite and should not be considered defects. We urge customers to view samples or completed orders at our workshop and agree with natural stone variations before placing an order. Customers are encouraged to inspect products before taking delivery.
ሁሉም ምርቶቻችን በኢንዱስትሪ ደረጃ መስፈርቶች መሰረት ይመረታሉ። በግራናይት ውስጥ በቀለም፣ በስዕል (Pattern) እና በገጽታ (Texture) የሚታዩ ተፈጥሯዊ ልዩነቶች የድንጋዩ ባህሪያት ናቸው እንጂ ጉድለት አይደሉም። ደንበኞች ትዕዛዝ ከመስጠታቸው በፊት በዎርክሾፓችን የሚገኙ ናሙናዎችን ወይም የተጠናቀቁ ምርቶችን በመመልከት እነዚህን ተፈጥሯዊ ልዩነቶች እንዲቀበሉ እናሳስባለን። እንዲሁም ምርቶቹን ከመረከባቸው በፊት እንዲመረምሯቸው እንመክራለን።
6. Limitation of Liability
Axum Granite Manufacturing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products in question.
ኩባንያችን በምርቶቻችን አጠቃቀም ወይም መጠቀም ባለመቻል ምክንያት ለሚፈጠሩ ቀጥተኛ ያልሆኑ፣ ድንገተኛ ወይም ተከታይ ጉዳቶች ኃላፊነት አይወስድም። የኩባንያችን ጠቅላላ ኃላፊነት በተመለከቱት ምርቶች ላይ ከተከፈለው ገንዘብ መጠን አይበልጥም።
